Frequently asked questions
The elves have taught Santa how to use Zoom, so he can still say hello to your staff and/or their families and help make Christmas 2020 extra special.
Simply choose how many Zoom call slots you would like, submit your order and we’ll be in touch to organise the times that work best for you. You’ll be sent links for each call.
Santa does not mind how many people join the call via one device. He is even happy to have a second device join the call too. This is ideal in case two households would like to share a call.
If you would like more than 2 devices on a call please email santa@santainthehouse.ie.
There are 1 or 2 naughty elves that sometimes like to play practical jokes on Santa. Santa, Mrs. Claus and the good elves work extremely hard to ensure there are no technical issues but, if there are any, we will do our best to facilitate another call with Santa.

Santa is keen to make your company video(s) as personal as he can! When you submit your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss what you’d like to include – for example:
- Special mentions to staff members
- Achievements by individuals or teams
- Christmas messages and thank yous
- Cheeky / silly ideas you have
- And more! Just chat with us.
We aim to have your video(s) to you within approx. 2 weeks.

You will be emailed an MP4 video file for each video ordered.
These can be played in person, uploaded to your website, sent out in a newsletter or posted on your online learning platform.
