To enter
To enter the prize draw, entrants must:
- Download one of the 9 colouring in pages from our Families Page.
- Post a picture of your child’s coloured in sheet with their name, age and county in the comments on our competition Facebook post before midnight on Sunday 6th Dec.
- Get your friends and family to like your comment on the post.
The winner
- The winner of the competition will be the comment on the competition Facebook post with the most likes.
- The winner will be announced by Santa on our Facebook page on Monday 7th Dec and will be contacted by private message.
The prize
- The competition will have 1 winner.
- The prize will be 1 live Zoom call with Santa of the standard time (approx. 10 minutes) and can include 1 or 2 devices in the call.
- The prize will be valid for a booking made before 24th Dec 2020. It is not exchangeable or refundable.
- We recommend entrants follow the Santa In The House Facebook page for announcements.
Conditions
- Once the winner has been announced via Facebook, the winner will have 7 days to contact Santa In The House via their Facebook profile or by email to team@santainthehouse.ie in order to: (a) confirm they wish to accept the prize, and (b) provide the complete information requested – the Promoter shall have absolute discretion in determining whether evidence of identity is adequate. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit.
- By accepting the prize package, the winners agree to adhere to the prize draw terms and conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
- No person may win more than one prize during the promotion.
- There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including if the event is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
- Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
- By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to the Promoter using their names and approximate geographic location for promotional purposes and to publish this information in a list of winners.
- Any winner who does not give correct details when contacted by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment of their prize, or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Privacy
All personal data will only be held for the purpose of fulfilling this promotion and promotions involving the winner in accordance with these terms, and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior consent of the relevant entrant(s) and/or winner(s).
