How does the Private Zoom Call With Santa work?
The elves have taught Santa how to use Zoom, so he can still say hello to all the boys, girls and families from his cosy cabin in the North Pole and help make Christmas special.
To book a call is very easy. Mam or Dad simply reserve a slot on our booking form and provide details about their boys and girls. Once the slot is confirmed, you simply log in on the day and Santa will be there to chat with your children. All the magic of meeting Santa without the queues and the hassle of leaving your home.
How does the Public Zoom Call With Santa work?
Santa is very excited to put his new Zoom skills to good use to bring a bit of Christmas cheer to your home. This year, Santa is giving your kids the chance to join him on a public Zoom call with lots of other good boys and girls from around the world.
Booking your spot in the public call with Santa is very easy. Parents can simply choose one of the pre-determined time slots available for the public Zoom call with Santa.
Our booking form will enable you to enter your children’s name(s), so Santa can give them a shout out on the good boy and girl list. Once the minimum of 3 households has been reached, you simply log in at the booked date and time with the link provided. If the minimum of 3 households hasn’t been reached, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

How does the Private Telephone Call With Santa work?
If you’d like Santa to chat with your kids somewhere that’s not suitable for a Zoom call, or you don’t have a computer, Santa has the perfect solution. To make sure your kids don’t miss out this year, book a private telephone call to bring the magic of Christmas to your home.
To book a telephone call with Santa, simply choose an available time that suits you, enter your kids’ details and your telephone number and Santa will call you on the day.

How does the WhatsApp video message from Santa work?
If Zoom isn’t your thing or, if you’d just like a small Christmas token for your kids, then book in a personalised recorded video from Santa this year.
To book your family’s video, simply add the WhatsApp video product to your basket and make your payment securely online.
Santa’s elves will then be in touch to get some special details from you about your children and your family to include in the video.
Once the video is ready, it will be sent to you to share as a special family Christmas moment.

How many people can be on the call with Santa?
Private Zoom Call or Telephone Call With Santa
Santa does not mind how many people join the call via one device. He is even happy to have a second device join the call too. This is ideal in case granny and grandad would also like to say hello to Santa and share the experience with their grandchildren.

Public Zoom Call With Santa
There is a minimum of 3 households required for the public Zoom call to take place.
Private Zoom Call or Telephone Call With Santa
We understand that Christmas is a crazy time for people and you may need to cancel or miss your time slot. Unfortunately, as the slot is held we are not able to issue refunds if you cannot make your slot.
Santa is very generous though, so he will try and accommodate changes to a different slot, wherever possible. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the allocated time slot if you would like an alternative time but, if a new slot is not available, we will be still unable to refund the money paid.
Public Zoom Call With Santa
If you need to cancel your slot on a public Zoom call with Santa, unfortunately, a refund will not be possible. However, if the required number of households (3) is not met. for the slot you’ve chosen, you will be offered an alternative slot or a refund at your discretion.
What happens if there are technical issues?
There are 1 or 2 naughty elves that sometimes like to play practical jokes on Santa. Santa, Mrs. Claus and the good elves work extremely hard to ensure there are no technical issues but if there are any, we will do our best to fix the issues on the spot or to facilitate another call with Santa.
